At Blissyme, we want you to have a good experience with every order.
Please read the policy below carefully.
1. Replacement Window
Replacement requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery if your order meets the conditions mentioned below.
2. When is a Replacement Accepted?
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit
You received an incorrect item
There is a clear manufacturing or print defect
3. Conditions for Replacement
To process a replacement:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging should be retained
Clear photos (or a short video, if available) showing the issue may be requested
Proof of purchase is required
4. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement:

Share your order ID along with photos/videos of the issue
Please do not send the product back without confirmation from our team.
5. Refunds & COD Orders
Blissyme does not offer cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
In approved cases, the order value may be provided as a store credit / discount code for future use
6. Important Notes
Each T-shirt is printed only after an order is placed
Returns are not supported if the size selected does not fit or in case of a change of mind
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
