Refund & Replacement Policy - Blissyme 🔄

At Blissyme, we want you to have a good experience with every order.
Please read the policy below carefully.

1. Replacement Window

Replacement requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery if your order meets the conditions mentioned below.


2. When is a Replacement Accepted?

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You received an incorrect item

  • There is a clear manufacturing or print defect


3. Conditions for Replacement

To process a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging should be retained

  • Clear photos (or a short video, if available) showing the issue may be requested

  • Proof of purchase is required


4. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  • Share your order ID along with photos/videos of the issue

Please do not send the product back without confirmation from our team.


5. Refunds & COD Orders
  • Blissyme does not offer cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • In approved cases, the order value may be provided as a store credit / discount code for future use


6. Important Notes
  • Each T-shirt is printed only after an order is placed

  • Returns are not supported if the size selected does not fit or in case of a change of mind

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
